Arrive Safe – Work Safe – Leave Safe

The safety of our team members, visitors and the general public is our top priority. The importance of safety is deeply embedded in our culture and underpinned by rigorous health and safety measures and monitoring, strict compliance to industry standards and regulations, and proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.

With a zero-tolerance approach to safety risks, we are dedicated to ensuring that every member of our team understands and accepts their health and safety responsibilities and actively implements our health and safety management systems in order for us to consistently uphold our high standards.

Health and safety is at the core of our services from start to finish. Our systems include comprehensive staff and site inductions, thorough development of risk assessments and method statements prior to work commencing, weekly toolbox talks on every site, structured use of various health, safety, quality, and environment forms, and monthly site inspections conducted by internal and external health and safety advisors. We also prioritise near-miss reporting with swift corrective action, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability at every level.

We have achieved numerous accreditations which illustrate our commitment to health and safety.

Chime is an innovative digital platform that provides us with real-time visibility and complete control over our teams, assets and sites. It has transformed the way we operate, significantly reducing our reliance on paper-based processes and word-of-mouth communication.

Our team members are required to digitally sign in and out of their work locations using Chime, which leverages GPS tracking and facial recognition to provide live, accurate site attendance information. During this process, we can issue essential documents – such as risk assessment and method statements (RAMS), tool box talks (TBTs), site inductions, and alerts – to the necessary people, whether company-wide, site-specific or trade-specific. Acceptance of these documents is captured via a digital signature, ensuring clear and accountable communication.

While on-site, team members can use the app to complete and submit critical compliance documentation, including inspections, task reports, health and safety information, near-miss reports, good practice recognition, environmental considerations, and many more. Plant and equipment daily pre-start checks and defect reports are logged instantly, enabling immediate fault tracking, location monitoring, and timely rectification.

Additionally, Chime supports proactive workforce management by tracking team members’ qualifications and training records. This allows us to quickly verify competencies and schedule renewals before certifications expire.

All records are securely and indefinitely stored within the Chime platform and can be accessed and extracted whenever needed.
